1. Acceptance of terms

By downloading, accessing, or using SwipeSpace, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. About SwipeSpace

SwipeSpace helps users review photos and select items they may want to keep or remove. You are responsible for reviewing your selections before confirming any cleanup or deletion action.

3. Photo cleanup and deletion

SwipeSpace may help you select photos for cleanup, but final responsibility for deletion decisions remains with you. Before confirming deletion, carefully review selected items. We are not responsible for photos or media you choose to delete.

4. Subscriptions and purchases

SwipeSpace may offer paid features, subscriptions, or in-app purchases. Payments are processed through Apple’s App Store. Subscription terms, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are managed through your Apple ID and Apple’s policies.

5. No guarantee

We aim to keep SwipeSpace reliable and useful, but the app is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for every user’s needs.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the app, interfere with its operation, reverse engineer it except where permitted by law, or use it for unlawful purposes.

7. Intellectual property

SwipeSpace, including its design, branding, text, and app experience, is owned by ALN Studio or its licensors. You may not copy or redistribute the app except as allowed by the App Store terms and applicable law.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ALN Studio will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of SwipeSpace.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
