Aurise is an app by ALN Studio. We aim to collect only the information needed to operate, support, and improve the app.
2. Information we may collect
- App usage events, such as onboarding progress, feature usage, and settings choices.
- Purchase and subscription status, handled through Apple and/or our subscription provider.
- Basic device and app diagnostics used to understand crashes or technical issues.
- Support messages you send to us, including your email address if you contact support.
3. App-specific data
Aurise stores alarm settings, mission choices, streaks, progress, achievements, and related app preferences so the alarm experience can work correctly. Alarm and mission data is used to operate the app and improve the product. Aurise is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, or prevent sleep disorders.
4. Purchases and subscriptions
Aurise may offer paid features or subscriptions. Purchases are processed through Apple’s App Store payment system. We do not directly receive or store your full payment card details.
5. Analytics and third-party services
Aurise may use analytics or subscription services to understand app performance, manage subscriptions, and improve the product. These services may process limited technical and usage information according to their own policies.
6. Data sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited data with service providers only as needed to operate the app, manage subscriptions, provide support, comply with law, or protect the app and users.
7. Children’s privacy
Aurise is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

You can manage app permissions in iOS Settings. You can manage subscriptions through your Apple ID subscription settings. You can contact us to ask privacy-related questions.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
