By downloading, accessing, or using Aurise, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. About Aurise

Aurise is a mission-based alarm app that helps users build a more deliberate wake-up routine. You remain responsible for setting appropriate alarms, checking device volume and permissions, and ensuring the app is suitable for your needs. Aurise is not a medical device and does not guarantee waking, improved sleep, or any health outcome.

3. Subscriptions and purchases

Aurise may offer paid features, subscriptions, or in-app purchases. Payments are processed through Apple’s App Store. Subscription terms, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are managed through your Apple ID and Apple’s policies.

4. No guarantee

We aim to keep Aurise reliable and useful, but the app is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for every user’s needs.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the app, interfere with its operation, reverse engineer it except where permitted by law, or use it for unlawful purposes.

6. Intellectual property

Aurise, including its design, branding, text, and app experience, is owned by ALN Studio or its licensors. You may not copy or redistribute the app except as allowed by the App Store terms and applicable law.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ALN Studio will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Aurise.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
